A Century of Cocktails at Sarkies Bar

In celebrating a century of famous cocktails, every month Sarkies Bar will feature a cocktail inspired by each decade of the 1900’s. Though born in 1880, the whisky-based Old Fashioned rose to popularity in the early 1900s, with bartender lore saying the name orginated from guests ordering a cocktail the “old-fashioned” way.
